Drafting of a Joint Regulation on Unified Disciplinary Proceedings for Violation Cases Involving a Judge and a Prosecutor
On 25 October 2023 the EU4JUSTICE project organised an activity on the Unification of the Disciplinary Proceedings for Violation Cases Involving a Judge and a Prosecutor. The meeting was organised jointly with the three justice governance institutions, beneficiaries of the Project, namely High Judicial Council High Prosecutorial Council and High Justice Inspector. The aim of the working group is to draft a joint regulation on unified disciplinary proceedings for violations involving a judge and a prosecutor.
The meeting discussed various topics starting from the constitution and composition of the working group, rules on its organization and internal functioning, the expertise and support offered by EU4Justice in the drafting process, the issues of concern to considered and addressed in the draft, and a provisional calendar as well. The three governance institutions’ joint meeting, facilitated by the EU4JUSTICE project, agreed on the next steps to be followed and on the date of the next meeting, scheduled on 15 November 2023.
EU4JUSTICE is EU Contribution Agreement Project implemented by AICS, Expertise France and FIIAPP. The project’s overall objective is to the improvement of the capacity of the independent justice institutions in Albania.
