From 31st January to 02nd of February 2024, EU4Justice organized a three-day mission contributing to the preparation and delivery of a three-day training workshop on ethics for judges, prosecutors, and inspectors of the High Justice Inspector Office.

The focus of the workshop was on ethical considerations. The training in ethical performance evaluation was pivotal for strengthening judicial integrity, fostering accountability, and providing guidance for ethical decision-making. The primary beneficiaries were magistrates who have graduated from the School of Magistrates in recent years. This ethics training was an integral component of the ongoing training programme at the School of Magistrates, where judicial ethics is part of the curriculum.

EU4JUSTICE is EU Contribution Agreement Project implemented by AICS, Expertise France and FIIAPP. The project’s overall objective is to the improvement of the capacity of the independent justice institutions in Albania.
