A team of the Office of the High Inspector of Justice, composed of the Unit of Inspectors,  Assistant Inspectors, the Directorate of Drafting of Acts and Legal Services, the Sector of Methodology and Standards, the Sector of Archive-Protocol, the Processing of Complaints and the Sector of Information Technology, participated in a series of working sessions, with a mission of Spanish experts, mobilized by the EU4Justice Experts, on 07 – 11 October 2024 on the assessment of the situation and the progress made regarding the establishment of the Quality Management System (QMS), to continue with a digital transformation plan, to process complaints in the Office of the High Inspector of Justice.

This activity is part of the support of the EU4Justice project for strengthening the capacities of the Office of the High Justice Inspector. The mission of Spanish experts from the High Judicial Council, and Ministry of Justice presented the experience of these institutions, to increase the efficiency of the HJI for processing complaints, proposing solutions, and evaluating the work protocols of the Office of the HJI on the quality of the complaints process management and a long-term digital transformation plan.
