Working Group on assessment of the complaints handling process to enhance the efficiency and transparency, applying unified standards and procedures. 

On 7^th – 8^th of November 2023 the EU4JUSTICE project organised a meeting of the working group on assessment of the complaints handling process, to propose recommendations to enhance the efficiency and transparency, applying unified standards and procedures. The meeting was organised with participation of High Justice Inspector staff, project experts and 3 International Short-Term Experts, members of Spanish Office Inspectorate.  

The 2 days meeting discussed various topics starting from the workflow of the handling process, legal and regulatory framework of the handling process, discussions on the Case Management Document, using IT means, perspective of Case Management Document/System, and the strong and week points of the handling process. Some recommendations on handling process have been presented to the HJI and a full set of recommendations with the specific plan of implementation will be elaborated further. 

EU4JUSTICE is EU Contribution Agreement Project implemented by AICS, Expertise France and FIIAPP.  The project’s overall objective is to the improvement of the capacity of the independent justice institutions in Albania.
